Hyomax-Sl 0.125 mg
The common brand names for Hyomax-Sl 0.125 mg are Levsin/SL and Hyosol/SL. Hyomax sublingual is the monograph title for the drug of 0.125 mg strength. Like Hyomax 0.375 mg, it should ideally be stored away from moisture and light at room temperature within 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
Hyomax-Ft
This medicine is used to treat a number of intestinal problems such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome and cramps. It should be taken orally. Patients should place the medicine on their tongue. This would make it quickly dissolve with the saliva and enter into the system without being swallowed. It can be taken with or without water.

These drugs are available in purple and white colors. Each biphasic tablet is specifically designed to make an immediate release of 0.125 mg of Hyoscyamine sulfate with a slow release of 0.250 mg of hyoscyamine sulfate over the remaining 8 – 12 hours of the period of dosage.
In users aged 12 years or over, 1 to 2 tablets can be administered after every 12 hours. If necessary, the dosage may be changed to 1 tablet after every 8 hours. It is not good to use more than 4 tablets within a span of 24 hours.
Individuals using antacids along with Hyomax may experience some problems as the drug can intervene with the absorption of this medicine.
